United to foster and promote Esan heritage and culture

We, the Esan indigene residing in the State of New York, in the United States of America hereby decide to form a union to foster and promote Esan heritage and culture in cooperation with other social, cultural and educational associations;

promote and environment and an awareness to enhance our arts, culture and history to our children and other communities in the USA; and to assist in the development of Esan-land, Nigeria and the United States within the limit of our resources.

We exist exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, cultural and
scientific purpose, including for such purpose
